Let Your Heart Bloom in Iridescent Light
infiora™ is a jewelry material that embodies ultimate brilliance, born from cutting-edge
glass-forming technology.
Its fire shifts with the changing light, shimmering in iridescent hues to create a striking presence
unlike any gemstone— remaining a sustainable choice for jewelry.
The name infiora™ draws from the Italian words “in fiore” (in full bloom) and
“ora” (now).
It was created from the desire to be a presence that evokes a sense of uplift—like flowers blooming in the
heart of the wearer.
Collaborative Collection 2026
In 2026, we launched a jewelry design project that brings together emerging designers and master
artisans with exceptional technical skills.
Through this collaboration, we aim to draw out the beauty of infiora™’s radiance and create
designs that illuminate the human spirit.
Collate
by Jo Nakamura
Collate is a jewelry piece centered on the theme of “comparison and contrast,” placing
infiora™ and diamond side by side allowing a visual experience of the differences in their
brilliance, arising from variations in refraction and dispersion.
A single S-curved plate—evoking the path through which light travels—gently cradles and supports the
two stones as they receive the same light.
In doing so, it brings their similarities and differences in radiance into sharp focus. Reduced to an
extreme minimal form, the design highlights the purity of the materials themselves.
Rather than relying on technical data or numerical evaluation, it invites the viewer to grasp its
value through direct visual experience.
By exploring the boundary between optical material and jewelry, the piece quietly poses a question:
What is true brilliance?
Arpège d’eau
by Amelie Chiba
Arpège d’eau is a piece of jewelry that moves freely—like water, like glass.
Just as water flows and continually changes its shape, and glass takes on new forms through human
hands, this single lariat* transforms effortlessly into a necklace, earrings, bracelet, or headpiece.
Three types of cuts are applied to the infiora™ set throughout, allowing them to shift in
expression as they sparkle—like points of light shimmering across the surface of water.
The inspiration comes from two compositions: Maurice Ravel’s Jeux d’eau and Michio Miyagi’s
Metamorphosis of Water.
Though created in distant places, both works depict the ever-changing nature of water through new
musical expression.
Each note resonates lightly, like droplets catching and reflecting the light.
Glass was once a material that captivated people with a value rivaling that of gemstones. Its clarity
and brilliance continue to fascinate us across time.
infiora™ draws out the inherent beauty of glass’s natural radiance—to be worn lightly and
freely, as if wrapped in light.

Designer
Jo Nakamura
Studied industrial design at Pratt Institute in New York, then earned a Master of Design from Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands under Gijs Bakker and Maarten Baas. In 2007, presented work as a designer with Droog Design. After returning to Japan, founded the jewelry brand "januka" in 2012. Aiming to design new “forms” themselves, his work explores jewelry that allows the wearer to experience a unique sense of presence, free from conventional values.
Amélie Chiba
Born in Tokyo with roots in Japan and Belgium.
Studied fashion design at La Cambre in Brussels, and completed fashion and luxury management at
the Institut Français de la Mode in Paris.
After working on costume jewelry design at several maisons in Paris, returned to Japan and is
currently active in Tokyo under the jewelry brand "AMÉLIE CHIBA".
With a deep interest in the emotions evoked by light, color, and the presence of materials, her
work centers on exploring the relationship between people and objects through jewelry.
In addition to presenting the collection Echo, which features original composite stones,
her piece Do not lose the thread was selected for the open call exhibition “BROOCH” at CJST
(Contemporary Jewelry Symposium Tokyo) in 2026.
What is infiora™?
infiora™ combines brilliance comparable to that of a diamond with a
uniquely strong fire, creating a radiance unlike anything seen before.
While born from cutting-edge glass-forming technology, it transcends the conventional concept of glass,
emerging as a new jewelry material.
Exceptional Transparency
Colorless and clear, infiora™ possesses a pure and refined transparency. When given a cabochon cut, it reveals a water-drop-like clarity accompanied by soft, gentle reflections of light.
Superior Dispersion
With outstanding dispersion*, a brilliant cut allows light entering the material to separate into a spectrum through prism effects, producing vivid and dynamic fire in rainbow hues.
*A measure of fire—referring to the phenomenon in which white light is dispersed into the seven colors of the spectrum (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet) through a prism effect.
High Refractive Index
Despite being a lead-free, colorless transparent glass, infiora™ achieves an exceptionally high refractive index. When given a brilliant cut, it produces brilliance comparable to that of a diamond.
